Musical Expression

My teaching philosophy for voice and choir focuses on creating a supportive and dynamic environment where students can explore their vocal potential and develop a lifelong appreciation for music. I believe in fostering a sense of community within the choir, where every voice is valued and students feel encouraged to take risks and express themselves through music. Through a mix of technique, musicianship, and creativity, I guide students to build vocal skills, confidence, and musicality. I also adapt my approach to suit diverse learning styles, ensuring all students are engaged and supported. Ultimately, I aim to inspire students to connect with their voices and with one another, while instilling a passion for singing that transcends the classroom.
